- Can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Customers are expected to send back only the hub portion if they are dissatisfied with the product and dispose of the cover portion on their own.
- If you encounter a technical issue with the product, we will send spare parts once the issue is detected through troubleshooting. A full product replacement will be determined on a case by case basis.
- Previous international backers will receive only one replacement, if necessary. Second replacement they will need to cover shipping and tax costs.
- We are unable to support international orders, any product that leaves the US will immediately void our return and warranty policies.
- If a size exchange is needed, the product must be unopened and within the 30 days of the delivery date. Customers will be charged a restocking fee of $20. If the size is an upgrade, there will be an upgrade fee.
- If the product is open, you will need to follow the regular return procedure and purchase the new product.
We do not condone purchasing our product from a 3rd party reseller (eBay, Craigslist, etc.). As we did not authorize the sale, Eight Sleep cannot be responsible for the condition of the product once it is received. We promise to provide support and help troubleshoot, but we are unable to assist you with any replacements if necessary.
