If you see sleep breaks on Last Night's data, that means that we either lost your connection for a bit or you got out of bed during the middle of your slumber.
Example: 3:00 AM-3:00 AM shows that connection was lost. This can be avoided by staying on your paired side and not rolling too close to the center of the bed where our sensors can no longer detect you.
You'll see this BREAK logo on your data if you get out of bed in the middle of the night. This example shows that the user was out of bed for 30 minutes. If you see a break but did not get out of bed, please refer to empty breaks above. Breaks are unable to be edited or deleted at this time.
