Yes, it is safe to leave warming on overnight. Of course, we recommend exercising caution if leaving the cover on for extended periods of time.
What is the recommended warming level?
The warmth of the bed is entirely a personal preference, but we recommend a level of 3-4 to keep the bed cozy and comfortable.
What is the recommended warming time and schedule?
We recommend starting the warming at least 30 minutes before getting in bed, and stopping it 3-4 hours after the time you usually fall asleep. This makes it easy to fall asleep, and turns off when you are likely to be in a deep sleep stage.
Can I set up separate warming schedules for each side of the bed?
Yes! Eight uses a dual-zone sleep tracker, which allows temperatures to be set independently for each side of the bed. Partners can be invited to use Eight through the app, under My Eight and Manage Bed Sides section in the Menu.
