If something is broken or wrong with your Eight, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. There are no repairs that you can safely do on the heated mattress cover, hub, power or connector cables yourself.
If there is a defect covered by the warranty, we will happily replace* the defective part or refund your money. To read all of the warranty information, please download our product manual here.
*We do not condone purchasing our product from a 3rd party reseller (eBay, Craigslist, etc.). As we did not authorize the sale, Eight Sleep cannot be responsible for the condition of the product once it is received. We promise to provide support and help troubleshoot, but we are unable to assist you with any replacements if necessary.
